Design gets it approved and production gets it built. But the moment a client sees their brand come to life is the moment it goes on the wall: straight, clean and exactly where it should be. That moment belongs to our installers.
Our fitting team is growing
Our work takes us into shops, hotels, offices and fit-outs across the Greater Dublin Area and beyond. That includes exterior signage, wayfinding systems, window graphics and fully branded interiors. As the workload grows, so does the team that delivers it.
We’re looking for an experienced installer who takes pride in the finish. You should be able to arrive on site, read the job, and leave it looking like it was always meant to be there.
Vinyl Graphics & Sign Installer
Pay: €35,000 to €37,000 per year, depending on experience
Location: based in Dublin 12, working on sites across Ireland (mostly the Greater Dublin Area)

Key requirements
At least 2 years’ experience installing signage and applying vinyl graphics (windows, walls, glazing, interiors)
Hands-on experience with internal and external sign installation
Confident with Foamex, Dibond, acrylic and aluminium
Able to work independently on site and manage an installation from start to finish
Full, clean Category B driving licence (essential: you will drive to and between sites)
Willing to travel for jobs outside Dublin, including occasional overnight stays
Strong attention to detail and a high standard of finish
The role
We are looking for an experienced Vinyl Graphics & Sign Installer to join our fitting team. You will deliver high-quality installations across commercial, retail, hospitality and fit-out projects, working both on your own and as part of a crew.
Key responsibilities
Install internal and external signage, wayfinding systems and branded interiors
Apply vinyl graphics to walls, windows and other surfaces accurately
Assist with sign production and finishing in our Dublin 12 workshop
Use power tools and access equipment safely
Liaise with clients and site managers on the day
Represent the company professionally on client sites
Desirable (not essential)
Vehicle graphics experience
Basic electrical knowledge for illuminated signage
Carpentry or general installation skills
Safe Pass and MEWP certification (training can be provided)
