Business Continuity Plan COVID-19
iQ Branding Solutions is currently working through the government-issued “Business Continuity Planning Checklist of preparatory actions in responding to COVID-19”
In the meantime, for the safety and well-being of all parties, we are asking our employees, customers and suppliers to be vigilant and to take immediate appropriate action to help prevent the spread of the COVID-19.
As the situation is changing day by day, we are endeavouring to monitor and implement all advice being offered by the HSE and Department of Business, Enterprise and Innovation.
Our administration, sales and graphic design teams have full secure access to our systems from off-site locations allowing account management, back-office, design projects etc. to continue and orders to be processed.
In the event of an entire closure we have partnerships with equivalent suppliers to allow transfer of our production to off-site locations.
We have increased stock volumes of certain consumables which also reduces the number of visits to our premises for stock deliveries.
We are actively keeping in person meetings to the bare minimum, and, when absolutely necessary, at all time endeavouring to maintain a 1-2m distance. Where possible we schedule in meetings via phone or video conferencing.
As per HSE guidelines, we have instructed employees to refrain from greeting via handshakes.
Hygiene information and rules are in place. These are also reconfirmed regularly throughout the day.
